DIGITALEUROPE supports the Council of the EU’s final text on the Free Flow of Data. It signals the need that every effort is made to guarantee the free flow of data, which is a vital source of innovation, growth and jobs. We invite the Parliament to maintain their support for the principle of the free flow of data without limiting the scope or extending the exemptions. Our members and national trade associations stand ready to discuss this topic.
