The free flow of data is central to the proper functioning of modern economies. As Europe and the US continue to cooperate on a range of digital and technology policies to ensure vital economic development, this 2nd session of DIGITALEUROPE’s EU-US Tech Allies Series will look at the role and importance of data flows, and the prospects for the swift re-design of the Privacy Shield following the 2020 ECJ ruling.
