The EU Elections Digital Digest
In partnership with the media outlet MLEX, this event will provide fresh, insightful commentary on the election results and talk about how this new political scene will shape Europe’s digital landscape moving forward.
Digital has been at the heart of the outgoing European Commission’s agenda for the past 5 years. Yet, when it comes to the Digital Single Market, all indicators are flashing red: Only 8% of SMEs trade across one European border, only 8% of companies use AI and only 8% of global tech unicorns call Europe home.
EU citizens will vote and decide the outlook of the European Parliament for the next 5 years. The results will shape a new and potentially different EU digital policy agenda for Europe.
